On the GET ME ANOTHER podcast we take an influential film and, over the course of a series of episodes, explore the movies that came in its wake and attempted to replicate its success. This fall we are exploring A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET and many films that borrowed from its premise. Episode 1, featuring ANOES and TRICK OR TREAT (1986) is now up on all podcast platforms, and ensuing episodes will land each week throughout the spooky season and beyond. This comes on the heels of our Get Me Another E.T. series that just concluded, and continues our exploration of horror’s tentpole franchses (in the past the show has covered HALLOWEEN and FRIDAY THE 13TH). Chris, Rob and I get into some pretty wild territory taking a look at domestic and international titles, and we hope you enjoy!
