It only took 15 years…The exhaustive NIGHT OF THE DEMONS 1-3 retrospective I wrote as my pitch to Fangoria many moons ago is finally seeing print over two issues of Scream Magazine out of the UK. The first will be in the Sept/Oct issue that hits stands everywhere on August 29th. While this piece got me the the gig with Fangoria that led to everything since, it was far too big for that magazine to print, so it sat on my shelf for years before wonderful editor Rich at Scream asked about it and picked it up. Part one focuses on the original film, and part two (in the Nov/Dec issue) spotlights NIGHT OF THE DEMONS 2 and 3. Patience pays off, I suppose!
The articles sport a packed lineup of interviews with all three directors, many stars, and crew, and include many personal behind-the-scenes images from this trio of devilish films. Excited for this to see the light of day. Or rather, the dark of night.
