Included in the booklet is my in-depth essay on George “Buck” Flower, one of my all-time favorite character actors, and someone who has never gotten the kind of spotlight he deserves. There is so much more to this actor than what little is out there in the mediasphere, and I am honored to present the story of his life, from birth to his time in the Army, on to his celebrated stage work, and into his many years in Hollywood and its fringes. This essay includes new conversations with many filmmakers and friends who were close to Buck, and will, for the first time, tell his full story.
